Cliff's Edge

Cliff's Edge
a black comedy by Paul Beard

First presented in 1999 - with Wesley Setchfield, Helen Claydon and Giles Manktelow at the Visitor Centre, Rochester, we revisited this play again in 2007 for the Duncan Rand One Act Play Festival, held at Medway Little Theatre, Rochester.

A suicidal failed actor, a maniacally depressed pub landlord and a schizophrenic passer by are the characters in this blackest of comedies, set upon the cliff tops of Beachy Head.

Gary - Alan Roots makes a welcome return
Cliff - Mick Harris
Sue - newcomer Natalie Boswell
